How I can help

At CTL Coaching, I provide NDIS-approved personal training and nutrition support for people with disability and additional needs across Australia.
With qualifications in Fitness (Cert III & IV), Rehabilitation, Nutrition (Cert IV), and Disability Support, I create inclusive, goal-focused programs that help clients improve strength, mobility, health, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

 

I work with both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, offering one-on-one training and tailored nutrition guidance to build independence and wellbeing. Every session is customised to meet each participant’s goals — whether that’s moving more freely, improving strength, managing energy, or learning lifelong health habits.

Honest Pricing, No Hidden Fees

I believe in transparent and fair pricing — there are no hidden fees, and I never overcharge for NDIS services.
Session lengths range from 30 to 60 minutes, tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
