"I've battled with my weight for the last 15 years - my heaviest being 125kg. Even when I lost weight (my weight fluctuated from 78-92kg seesawing up and down, I always felt like the girl who was a size 22. When I first started training with Courtney, I felt heavy, clumsy and worried I couldn't keep up. But Courtney gently encouraged me, helped me improve my technique and motivated me to keep on track.
Since training with Courtney since July last year, I've lost 19 kg, improved my fitness significantly but most importantly I've developed healthy habits that are easy for me to maintain. "My whole life I had always been a smaller sized girl, but that all changed when I had my two babies. I had put on 15kg that just wouldn’t budge, and three dress sizes. I couldn’t fit into any of my clothes, I mainly wore my stretchy pjs and my partners clothes. I refused to buy bigger clothes because I didn’t want to accept that this was my size now.
It got to the point where I’d stay home for weeks on end, I couldn’t even go grocery shopping because I was too anxious, lacked routine and was just tired.
But then I found CTL and started exercising 3x a week. I’ve never exercised before, so I had no idea what I was doing, or how to get my body to move in certain ways. Courtney has been so encouraging, patient and informative. I have slowly improved my form week by week, getting stronger and more confident.
Now a few months later I’m feeling muscles in places that’s never been before, firming up instead of being all squishy, I’m starting to fit into some of my old clothes and I’m no longer anxious about leaving the house. Which leads to my two toddlers being happier cause they are no longer locked up in the house with me all day, and their mummy has the energy to get up and play.
I still have a long way to go and am excited to see to see the changes that will come, not only physically but mentally as well."

"I was the sort of guy that had so many "before" photos and "fitness baselines" that I had basically documented myself getting more and more out of shape. It wasn't that I didn't know how to eat well or what to do to exercise, I just never had the motivation to commit to it for longer than a week or two. It was what I wanted to do but I knew from a health perspective that I didn't really need to so I would quickly lose the drive.
Approaching Courtney and signing up to the CTL Accountability Package. Tracking meals was the biggest change, learning to keep my intake in check and stop the "blowout" days. Budgeting my intake to still allow take away meals 2-3 times a week whilst on the road for work whilst still keeping under my calorie threshold.
Secondly was Courtney herself. Having to report to her helped keep me honest, I was happy to let myself down but her following up and keeping me honest with myself is what made the difference.
These results are the result of change in mentality and evolution in my thinking. The most exercise I did over the course was walking the dog.
10/10 would recommend to anyone who is struggling to find the time to exercise but wants to see results."
