About Me
I’ve been immersed in the fitness industry for over 7 years as a full-time Personal Trainer. My journey began after facing significant medical challenges of my own. In 2014, I underwent two operations on my left knee, during which permanent titanium screws were inserted to reattach the cartilage to my bone. This required me to relearn how to walk, move, and strengthen my body for everyday activities.

After two years of rehabilitation and strength training, I discovered the crucial role that building muscle plays in supporting our joints. This personal experience inspired me to step into the world of personal training. It has been a remarkable journey, not just for me but for my clients of all ages, weights, and fitness levels. Watching them become healthier, stronger, and more confident has been incredibly rewarding.

I’ve dedicated myself to expanding my knowledge by learning from some of the world’s top trainers, lifters, nutritionists, and rehabilitation specialists. I continually seek additional education to ensure that I offer the best possible support to my clients, creating a safe and realistic environment for their fitness journey.

Personally, I’ve been diagnosed with severe Coeliac Disease, IBS, and GORD. My own experiences with gut health have deepened my understanding and ability to support my clients both online and in person. I am committed to continuing my work in personal training while also pursuing further studies.
My goal is to advance my skills and contribute to women's health research.
For me, health is about feeling good—maintaining a happy gut, and building stronger bones, joints, and
muscles for a longer, healthier life.
